- I was standing on a boat moving at a fairly fast clip.
It was moving sideways and my view was from the side of the boat looking
towards shore. The water was NOT a wavey ocean or river - it was pretty
still - still enough to reflect lights from the shore. I could not see what
was on shore, but did see other people around me. Lot's of people milling
about. I asked what they were doing and the reply was they were having some
sort of celebration - or a party. They said something about George Washingtons
birthday. I also saw some tall, rectangular "boxes" that I thought
were machines because of all the shiny lights on them. Lot's of lights.
I also had an image of what I thought was a tall, square column covered
in shiny, reflective metal. Also a green wine or champagne - like bottle
tipping over.

Comments:
1. I found a sign on the building from a higher resolution version of this photo and looked it up on the internet. It's a reception hall.
